The next meeting of the Committee for a Future El Paso will be at Ay Caramba Restaurant, Cotton & Montana, on Saturday, August 25.  The meeting will begin promptly at 8:00 AM, and the restaurant will be open at 7:30, to accommodate early risers.

Our Speaker will be David Crowder, Staff Writer for El Paso Inc., in his second visit to the Committee.  This time, Mr. Crowder will comment on issues and activities related to the downtown ball park.  Mr. Crowder has reported extensively on Oklahoma City's experience with their downtown ball park, and may compare Oklahoma's success with El Paso's likely outcome, due to similarities and differences in the two plans.

This is a meeting you don't want to miss; Come to Saturday's meeting, and bring a friend!
