HUD HOMES GOOD NEIGHBOR PROGRAM

WOW I am amazed of the savings.  I didn't know that buying a home through the HUD's Good Neighbor Next Door program can save people up to 50%.  This program is designed to encourage renewal and revitalizing areas in our communities.  This great opportunity is for LAW ENFORCEMENT, BORDER PATROL, FIREFIGHTERS, EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIANS and TEACHERS to purchase a home.  here's the process:

1) Find the home on the HUD website

2) Submit the proper paperwork

3) Get the loan approved

4) Close on the house

The way the loan works is simple.

Let's say you find a 100,000 dollar home.

The new owner will pay his mortgage on a 50,000 dollar loan.

The other 50,000 dollars will appear as a lien on the property.

Once they reach 3 years living in this property the lien goes away.

As a Realtor you have just saved your client 50,000 dollars
