You have been saving money for years to buy your dream house or the lot to build your dream house on. You saved a considerable amount of money and you are ready to give a great down payment. You see that a lot is for sale by owner and you start the negotiations. The price is agreed and the lot is yours.
After the sale, you find out that the city considers that lot commercial area. You think about selling and find out that you paid twice the value of the lot. At this point, you believe your dreams are vanished.
