Mortgage rates remain near historic lows

A recent article posted from CNN.Money shows that rates for a 15 year note are extremely low at 2.66%. Even on the 30 year 1st time mortgage it rose from 3.36 to 3.37 % a promissing sign for buyers that want to secure lower payments. I have provided a link to the full story below. Definitly good signs for builders and the housing market in general.
