Selling a home may the most important sale transaction you will make in your life time, and nothing should be left to chance.

Are you selling a home without a Home Warranty that will cover the you, the seller, while your home is listed? Maybe your Real Estate agent did not even mention that you can order a home warranty, and not to have to pay for it up front.! It will come from the proceeds of the sale. You will then have  the protection in case of a plumbing; heating system, water heater, dishwasher, or air conditioning among other problems that you may encounter, while the house is on the market.  Also, if during your buyers inspection and the inspector finds problems, the homeowners warranty may be able to handle expensive potentially transaction killing repairs.

This product is available only if you purchase at the time of listing or 10 days prior to ask for service.  If you are unable to sell your home, you do not pay for the home warranty until if it is sold.   Call me if you have any questions
