The Stress On Pets When You Move

love my dogs! But after all the hoopla settled regarding my brand new home, I realized my puppies were not handling the move well. Before I continue I would like to make it clear, I am not a professional or an expert. (I am simply sharing my opinions and experience) Naturally, being a dog lover, I started getting worried about my furry friends, I felt bad and guilty I was putting them under such stress. A friend suggested my critters feed off my energy. Never mind the fact they had a bigger yard to play in. My energy was adding to their stress.I took it upon myself to do my best Cesar Millan impersonation and take control. I made it a point to walk them twice a day so they can familiarize themselves with the area, I also made sure we kept the same routine. Feeding time, etc and believe it or not I talked to them and told them daddy wouldn't leave them.  Again there is no science behind my method but it worked! My dogs love their new home just like daddy! Now I make it a point to remind all my buyers not to forget mans best friend. I moved to a home near a golf course similar to the one below!
